It’s in the Lock 12 area along the Susquehanna river… By Susquehannock state park. I can’t remember if this one was Lock 12 or one of the other Locks I saw while hiking that day, there are a few of them. I love the area.
The best way to find it is if you are coming from Lancaster, drive across the Norman Wood Bridge. Right as you cross the bridge, turn right into the Lock 12 area park. (If you are coming from york, it would be a left hand turn).
Then you can just hike along the trails there and find all the old canal locks.
