What is the point of preservation if few people are allowed to explore it? And who are you/OP to decide who gets to see it and who doesn’t? You didn’t discover it, you didn’t build it, you don’t even own the property.

I understand the concern, but it’s almost always locals tagging/vandalizing abandoned spots like these. I’m sure the locals already know about these spots. After all, they’re locals. I find it really hard to believe that someone is going to see this post in a subreddit for admiring abandoned structures and drive far out of their way to tag it with spraypaint.
