To play devil’s advocate, if it’s still standing and more or less square, and on good earth, the foundation is probably fine. The framing is probably oversized compared to what modern code is, so as long as the exterior finish has kept out enough weather to prevent the wood from rotting that should be fine too. Wiring, mechanical, plumbing, all that stuff has to go, and so does finish inside and out. Big job, but in the right spot could definitely be worthwhile.
