It… Kind of is. I’m *assuming* that the picture OP posted is from the Pinal Air Park we have along the I-10. If that’s the case, this plane is among many many others collected there in the desert. I wouldn’t even have thought of this as abandoned really, it’s put on display. Just in an outdoor museum setting. Since we have almost no humidity year round, the planes don’t deteriorate very quickly at all.
Edit: Guess it’s in Ohio now.
